  • Job content: 
To lead branch service staff in the delivery of customer driven service and efficiency of service capability. Manage staffs to provide the efficient counter transaction service to retailed banking customers. Ensure service and operation quality meeting customer satisfaction, and service standard
    • Increase overall branch operation effectiveness and efficiency
    • Support branch internal control quality and compliance of internal corporate guideline / external regulatory requirements
    • Ensure the delivery excellent customer service (internal / external) within the branch
    • Effectively monitor and well manage customer complaint process to ensure issues resolved and ratification taken
    • To achieve and exceed customer service standards and referral targets for branch
    • To maintain a suitably trained service staff resources at levels appropriate for the needs of the branch

Information
  • University or above graduated 
  • Proven track record of related working experience in banking industry 
  • Trust L3, Internal Control license and 外匯業務經辦及覆核人員 
  • Good command of English ability
