We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Branch Property Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

The role holder will support Hong Kong WPB Business in the development and implementation of their branch network initiatives and strategies. 

In this role you will

• Delivering an end-to-end network footprint planning
• Responsible for property related actions of WPB across the following:
  • Retail Network strategy planning and optimization
  • Lease portfolio management
  • Projects Delivery on branches, express banking sites related actions
  • Network occupancy planning
• Assist to manage WPB property project related direct and indirect cost planning, recording keeping and oversight the spending
• Engaging with Corporate Service team and their service vendors on property projects delivery
• Prepare regulatory reporting regarding to branch and express banking service footprint
• Complaint handling related to branch and express banking service

To be successful you will need

• Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline, knowledge and experience on property project management and/or retail rental market is highly preferred
• Good interpersonal skill for working with different business partners on project implementation
• Good analytical mind for handling MI and making recommendations to senior management for network distribution planning
• Experience working in dynamic environments with constantly changing priorities and complex requirements
• A proactive nature, capable of identifying issues and initiating structured discussions with key stakeholders to mitigate those issues
• Capable of engendering a true sense of urgency, pace, community and collaboration across stakeholders focused on meeting critical milestones
