We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business Analyst.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
To support daily processes, reconciliations, control reviews, documentation and ad-hoc assignments
To analyse and identify gaps and issues on daily operation processes
To analyse and identify gaps and feasibility on business initiatives
To propose and implement recommendations, such as, but not limited to, risk mitigation, process improvements, system change initiatives
To participate in user testing, process evaluation, preparing documentation, including process flows and procedures, progress reports, project documentations
To effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders to collect user requirements, conduct trainings and post reviews
To analyse and prepare MIs and regular & ad-hoc reporting
Requirements
To be successful you will need
Junior years of experience in banking and securities operations processing with exposure of investment products, finance and credit. Understanding of banking products, operation processes and procedures, risks and controls
Appreciate dynamic, fast pacing market and environment challenges. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Team player, detail-oriented, multitasking, agile and fast-learning
Undergraduate degree holder
Proficiency in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken
Strong in advanced Excel and data analytic tools
