We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business Analyst.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • To support daily processes, reconciliations, control reviews, documentation and ad-hoc assignments

  • To analyse and identify gaps and issues on daily operation processes

  • To analyse and identify gaps and feasibility on business initiatives

  • To propose and implement recommendations, such as, but not limited to, risk mitigation, process improvements, system change initiatives

  • To participate in user testing, process evaluation, preparing documentation, including process flows and procedures, progress reports, project documentations

  • To effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders to collect user requirements,  conduct trainings and post reviews

  • To analyse and prepare MIs and regular & ad-hoc reporting

Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Junior years of experience in banking and securities operations processing with exposure of investment products, finance and credit. Understanding of banking products, operation processes and procedures, risks and controls

  • Appreciate dynamic, fast pacing market and environment challenges. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

  • Team player, detail-oriented, multitasking, agile and fast-learning

  • Undergraduate degree holder

  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken

  • Strong in advanced Excel and data analytic tools
