We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst. 

Business: HASE Technology

Principal responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver digital channel solutions, including mobile applications and APIs.
• Analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support the end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation.
• Work closely with API engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable digital solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for digital channel development and integration.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to facilitate effective communication and project delivery.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Analyst or similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong experience in digital channel projects, especially mobile and API engineering.
• Solid understanding of ITPM (IT Project Management) methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Cantonese is preferred; English is required.
