In this role you will:
- Manage and coordinate strategically important projects as assigned by the CEO (Chief Executive Officer), ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep initiatives on track
- Provide day-to-day support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Work closely with various stakeholders, to ensure items are tracked, documented and well recorded.
- Manage all financial performance, including ownership of business plan strategy and figures
- Work closely with the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- An understanding of Bermuda offshore insurance market.
- Excellent planning, numerical and communication skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders across seniorities and geographies
- Ability to self-start task, work independently, and take initiative when required
