In this role you will:

  • Manage and coordinate strategically important projects as assigned by the CEO (Chief Executive Officer), ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep initiatives on track
  • Provide day-to-day support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, to ensure items are tracked, documented and well recorded.
  • Manage all financial performance, including ownership of business plan strategy and figures 
  • Work closely with the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • An understanding of Bermuda offshore insurance market.
  • Excellent planning, numerical and communication skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders across seniorities and geographies
  • Ability to self-start task, work independently, and take initiative when required
