Job description

Role purpose:

A Channel Strategy & Insights Project Leader analyse data and turns it into information, which can offer ways to improve Strategic Channels business, gather information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends, should highlight the analytical nature of the role. 

The role involves working closely with ATMs Service and Operations team, to share results and daily interaction for the agile resolution of ATMs related failures, issues and requests.

Main responsibilities include:

·         Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management 

·         Share information with stakeholders in suitable forms, these may be charts, tables or templates

·         Participate in forums, meetings or events to interpret data and support decision making

·         Ensure the continuing development analytical capability in order to respond to business requirements.

·         Identify opportunity areas of improvement, related to specific ATMs Up time processes, criteria, logistics, risks etc. 

·         Plan and prioritize their own and others work to ensure they are in line with business needs and that resources are used effectively and efficiently 

Requirements

Bachelor of Systems, Administration, Finance, Actuary or related

Very strong analytical ability and problem solving skills - excellent attention to detail and the ability to see things through to completion.  The ability to quickly understand customer and operational considerations, e.g. risk.  

High levels of resilience and self-motivation – able to self-manage and deliver to committed timescale.

Adaptive – the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals.

Others:

·         Excel, SQL Server and SAS Advance Knowledge, Qlik Sense.
