Beijing Office (BJO)
BJO is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, facilitate and lobby for implementation of HSBC’s strategic plans in China at Group, ASP and HBCN levels as well as development plans of HBCN's business.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1) Assist on team's projects and events
2) Team admin tasks, e.g. meeting arrangement, activities facilitation
3) Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by managers

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

1) Good communication skills especially in both verbal and written English and can work under pressure
2) Experience in supporting senior executives/government events preferred
3) Preferably 6-12 months
