Digital Business Services (DBS)

HSBC Digital Business Services is a pivotal part of the Group, providing essential operational and technical support to our global businesses and helping improve customer service and efficiency. We combine global expertise and technology to help keep us thriving in the competition.

 

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

 

In this role, you will:

1) Assist on project and cross-departments communication and collaboration

2) Assist on Business Requirement Demard (BRD)  clarification and focal changes tracking.

3) Participate in business interviews and analysis, track the follow-up of outstanding issues

4) Support data governance supervision on new initiatives

5) Participate in data platform BAU operation and service

6) Support application User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

7) Manage team admin tasks, e.g. meeting arrangement, activities facilitation

8) Support other ad-hoc tasks assigned by managers

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

1) Good communication skills especially in both verbal and written English and can work under pressure

2) Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills

3)Self-motivated and self-managed.Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy combined with a decisive collaborative nature.

4) Preferably Computer Science or Finance relevant degree

5) Preferably 10-12-month internship
