We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Client Propositions.

Principal Responsibilities

Employee Banking Solution is pivoting to Employee Workplace Solutions (EWS) to align and deliver the affluent and wealth strategy of IWPB. It will be a key driver of customers as we achieve our goal of becoming the best wealth manager in Asia and Middle East. EWS will make two strategic pivots – (a) focus on value sectors across professional services, ICG/FIG. tech and health care to attract more of Premier and EA employees and (b) deliver wealth at work in partnership with HRs to increase employee financial confidence. 

  • Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, support new product and feature launches with proposition framework and training materials 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales and frontline teams to deliver on proposition roadmaps, ensuring the proposition is reflected consistently across employer onboarding, internal comms, and user experience 
  • Manage the testing and iteration of propositions using performance metrics, customer feedback and market research 
  • Execute the B2B2C engagement strategy, implementing how we attract, onboard, activate and retain both employers (B2B) and employees (B2C)
  • Drive adoption and engagement through timely and regular customer communication, servicing, and platform management 
  • Prepare and present governance documentation for risk stewards and stakeholders review to facilitate governance approval process for project initiatives and ensure timely compliance with internal approval timelines
  • Compile and submit regulatory reports as required by local regulators and collaborate with risk stewards to ensure adherence to relevant laws and policies
  • Process and track invoices and payments, prepare journal entries and tax register. and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial and tax reporting
  • Maintain customer database to ensure data integrity, monitor customer screening and engage with risk stewards to address any risk and compliance issues
Requirements
  • Proven experience in proposition development, project operations, product marketing, or strategic marketing
  • Strong understanding of customer insight, segmentation and communication
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on governance, compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management / influencing skills
  • Ability to collaborate across global functions, lines of business, and geographies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Ability to think strategically and execute operationally
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sectors, driving growth and engagement in a startup, innovation or new venture context
  • Experience in digital transformation or innovation-led environments
  • Experience within a regulated environment or balancing compliance and innovation
