Communications Manager – Content & Digital

Responsible for planning, creating and producing content for various internal and external platforms of HSBC India, helping communicate the brand message and positioning.

Principal Responsibilities

• Content writing, editing for press releases, articles, leadership speeches, etc.
• Create and develop multimedia content for internal campaigns, customer case studies, social media videos, employee advocacy among others
• End-to-end execution including conceptualising, scripting, resource planning, production and post -production of the projects
• Champion employee advocacy on LinkedIn through engaging content.
• Work closely with functional colleagues and business teams to ideate and build a pipeline of content
• Creative filing, editing of projects, including working with external vendors to execute the projects whenever required
• Leverage insights on content consumption to guide content strategy
• Manage creative assets and video/image library for the Bank

• • Minimum Graduation in Communication / English literature or as required for the role
  • Proven experience as a content creator or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your skills
  • Strong writing, editing, video scripting skills and knowledge of digital animation and graphics applications and AI tools /
  • Experience in developing creative communication and campaigns in a communications team
  • Understanding of financial services in order to write articles, create infographics etc.
  • Background in digital journalism is preferred
  • Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting etc is desired
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Information

Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
