We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business: MSS Operations Tech

Principal responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable, high-quality software solutions.  
  • Develop and implement strategic solutions using mainstream programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and databases.  
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues by resolving complex technical issues and sharing best practices.  
  • Work within Agile frameworks to deliver solutions efficiently, adhering to software development life cycle (SDLC) best practices.  
  • Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.  
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure timely project delivery.  
  • Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adoption of industry best practices.  
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, preferably in banking or financial services.  
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in .NET, C#, WPF. Strong knowledge of databases and hands-on experience with Cloud platforms like GCP, AWS. Solid experience in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures. Extensive experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in technical areas.  
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
  • Cyber Security Awareness: Strong understanding of secure coding practices and compliance.
