Principal responsibilities 
Provide level 2 support to the application
Perform trouble shooting, problem investigation of the application
Works with development team to develop a fix to the application
Produce MI statistic to senior stakeholders to ensure full transparency of the issue for taking necessary action to remediate problem
Perform quick identification of issue, working close with Product support team to resolve business enquiry.
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform (Powerapps, Dataverse, Power BI) is preferred 
Knowledge in workflow, commercial banking is preferred.

Master degree is best to have, Bachelor is must
A minimum of 10 years' IT industry experience with significant testing knowledge, especially functional website testing.
Strong understanding on production support and agile development methodology
Fluent communication skills in spoken and listen English to communicate with UK and IN people
Convincing capability to cooperate with different roles in global locations
A highly-motivated individual with positive and pro-active attitude.
Be able to work under pressure to complete project in tight schedule and cost effective way
Be aggressive
