We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
Manage Agile Development Lifecycle:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of the Agile development team, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and frameworks. Facilitate the adoption of Agile working models by all team members, including the Product Owner.
Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies:
- Organize and continuously improve the performance of Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming/Refinement, Sprint Reviews/Show & Tell, and Sprint Retrospectives, to ensure high-quality iterations.
Plan and Optimize Delivery:
- Develop and optimize project plans within constraints, considering delivery approaches, key milestones, dependencies, requirements, scope, effort, resources, budgets, and quality. Ensure the team delivers the baselined scope while managing scope changes through a structured change request framework.
Stakeholder Communication and Alignment:
- Act as a bridge between the Product Owner, Development Team, and other stakeholders to align on requirements, expected outputs, and project goals. Provide transparency through regular reporting, Show & Tell sessions, and other communication channels.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Monitor project execution to identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions. Proactively resolve critical issues within agreed timelines, escalating to higher governance when necessary to ensure proper resolution.
Team Coordination and Collaboration:
- Coordinate the progress of all team roles, ensuring smooth collaboration and high-quality delivery. Work with other Scrum Masters to manage inter-team dependencies and promote effective cross-team operations.
Project Quality and Closure:
- Promote quality throughout the project lifecycle by identifying opportunities for improvement and overseeing governance processes to reduce risks. Ensure proper acceptance of project deliverables by stakeholders, facilitate handover to operations teams, and manage project closure effectively.
- Understanding of the project lifecycle.
- Agile/Scrum methodologies of project delivery.
- Relevant experience on complex projects across countries or regions.
- Experience in project tracking (setting up project plan, managing risk and issue log, reporting and governance).
- Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence/MS Project.
- Project management certifications (PMP, ACP, CSM) are an advantage preferred.
