We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. 

Business: HASE Technology

Principal responsibilities

  • Provide on-going support and maintenance for system enhancement to support strategic business growth and operation efficiency initiative in business areas.
  • Provide support in identification and resolution of all incidents associated with the IT service, troubleshoot applications and quickly solve production issues.
  • Ensure service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the software solutions delivered.
  • Develop and deploy changes to infrastructure to meet the performance, availability, security and resilience requirements. Deliver infrastructure changes with a focus on automation of build, testing and deployment process on all environments according to HSBC standards and best practices.
  • Drive levels of automation, continuous integration, and high levels of availability through system monitoring and maintenance.
  • Leading the production support and service resilience.
Requirements
  • A university graduate with a degree in computer science, IT or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 years' IT software development / production support experience, familar with TRCB.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Jenkins and/or Ansible for advanced automation, orchestration, and configuration management.
  • Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker for designing, deploying, and managing large-scale, cloud-native infrastructure. Proven AliCloud experience and cloud best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency with observability and monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Grafana), including designing dashboards, setting up alerts, and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Strong problem-Solving skill: ability to troubleshoot complicated index calculating systems, optimize bottlenecks, provide system remediation solution in a very short time.
