We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Customer Onboarding Assistant Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the client facing team for the onboarding of new clients
  • Aid the business in terms of any ad-hoc KYC queries or ongoing project work
  • Perform comprehensive KYC reviews on new and existing customers in accordance with established policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines
  • Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) checks, including identity verification, beneficial ownership assessment and risk profiling
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Legal team, to gather necessary information and clarify any KYC related issues
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of KYC records, including maintaining customer files and updating relevant system
  • Ensuring that all day-to-day matters required to be completed are performed in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • FATCA, CRS – source and arrange to validate client tax documents when required
  • Participate in preparing operation manuals, UAT and ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Degree holder with major in Banking and Finance or other related discipline
  • Relevant qualification in AAMLP/ CAMS will be advantages
  • Minimum 5 years solid experience in KYC/ CDD/ Customer on-boarding or other AML related in banking/ brokerage sector
  • Independent, self-motivated and detail oriented
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
