We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, test, and deploy machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics
• Strong proficiency in **Python** and its data science libraries   
• Hands-on experience with **machine learning frameworks 
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, probability, and hypothesis testing.  
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Python-based tools).  
• Proficiency in working with **databases** (SQL and NoSQL) and querying large datasets. 

Qualifications – External

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in IT.
• Build, test, and deploy machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics
• Proficiency in working with **databases** (SQL and NoSQL) and querying large datasets.  
• Familiarity with **data preprocessing techniques**, feature engineering, and model evaluation.  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with unstructured data.  
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  
• Knowledge of **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.  
• Familiarity with **APIs** and integrating machine learning models into production systems.  
• Experience with **time-series analysis**, **natural language processing (NLP)**, or **computer vision**.  
• Knowledge of **DevOps/MLOps practices** for deploying and monitoring models
