We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Delivery Lead.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Define content distribution roadmap for Global Private Banking content across various digital channels and lead the delivery of various AI initiatives within the Digital Product team
  • Manage the E2E delivery of multiple digital products throughout the various stages of product lifecycle, coordinating between business stakeholders, 2LOD and technology teams to complete delivery and drive adoption / commercialization
  • Responsible for liaison and alignment with wider business stakeholders across various Global Private Banking functions, such as CIO, IWS, and Proposition for organizational alignment. Collaboration with key business stakeholders to build solutions that will drive customer growth, propensity sales leads and business success
  • Promote digital commercialization and drive engagement required for the implementation of various AI tools, across various markets and applications
  • Tracking of overall adoption upon of launched tools, enabling further content distribution and outreach to our regional staff and clients
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Proven experience in proposition and marketing space within the banking financial or fintech industry, with a focus on digital channels
  • Solid experience in leading projects from transformation to commercialization
  • Strong understanding of digital proposition, acquisition, customer journey management, content creation, and data analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management skills through effective communication, business case presentation and influencing
  • Proven problem-solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions, with the ability to anticipate challenges
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure within a team environment and use strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve complex problems whilst adhering to timelines and quality of output
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
