We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role for Global Production Support/ Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
Make sure NAS devices are running as per the agreed performance parameters with business.
Work on Incident, Changes and Problem tickets raised for fixing NAS Issues
Follow ITIL process and complete all tasks as per SLAs
Oversees NAS performance and capacity by monitoring, alerting and reporting.
Resolve complex NAS issues independently; coordinate and communicate changes and issues with the client and team members and determine root cause
Ensure in solutions and deployments of the security of NAS infrastructure and compliance with all applicable security standards
Perform analysis and develop solutions based on established service agreements for capacity planning and performance tuning.
Ensure vendors and services providers are providing optimal value to HSBC
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Should have experience in handling NetApp devices.
Should have expertise in NAS protocols (NFS\CIFS).
Should good experience in fixing NAS related issues.
Should have experience of working closely with Incident Management, Change Management teams and provide in-depth root cause analysis as necessary within specialist realms.
Should have in-depth knowledge of OnCommand tools (CI, WFA, Active IQ )
Should be open for 24*7 and weekend On-Call support
Well versed with Agile Methodology
Leverage experience to provide input to improvements (People, Process, Tools, and Technology) in the environment, and recommend innovative and automated approaches for system administration tasks
