We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Head of Health Centre of Excellence.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Shape, articulate and execute the Health Centre of Excellence Operations strategy in collaboration with cross-functional market teams
  • Contribute to the achievement of the Group imperatives by delivering maximum contribution from all Health initiatives by focusing on the cost of delivery and maximizing operational efficiencies
  • Deliver a standardized processes across markets to simplify and improve the scalability of operations whilst maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
  • To have overall responsibility for legal and regulatory compliance within the Health Operations and to operate appropriate levels of business operational control in line with HSBC Group policies procedures and practices
  • To create and deliver market leadership in service, directly through the deployment of service standards and in collaboration with internal business partners through deployment of approved Core capabilities
  • Accountable for the delivery of high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence
  • Ensuring the delivery of comprehensive and consistent reporting and activity management for achieving the Health
  • Operations AOP and KPIs whilst adhering to the Regional Health Operating Model
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including Group and market executives for effective communications and alignment
  • Foster a culture of learning, sharing, collaboration, continuous improvement and delivery of customer value
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in Insurance, including comprehensive knowledge of Health Operations, products and customer experience
  • Strong knowledge of technical aspects of Health Operations, with proven ability to implement large scale operating model change supported by concurrent projects
  • Significant strategic leadership management in complex environments where cultural and operational transformation is required
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to inspire and drive performance, innovation and execute approved plans
  • Proven experience in applying data and analytics to track performance, identify problems, source solutions and pivot strategy where and when needed.
  • High degree of self-motivation to achieve results and inspire trust in others
  • Commercial orientation, ability to generate substantial incremental financial contribution
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and solve problems
  • Strong understanding of culture, leadership, coaching and change management
