Role Purpose:
Seeking a highly skilled professional with in-depth knowledge of the IBM Content Management Ondemand (CMOD), OpenText Exstream platform and Customer Content Services (CCS) application, responsible for providing expert guidance on document management capabilities such as compose, archival, retrieval, search, transformation supporting IBS Services and critical customer journeys.
Main Activities
This role requires the candidate to be able to involve in product roadmap, system design, strategy align to business & FSA, engaged in business requirement discussions, work with local business stakeholders, regional & global IT teams, key enabler supporting global digital and paperless strategy and Support global document retention strategy according to Group / Country records retention Framework and present technical solutions to stakeholders.
Additionally, they should be able to present technical solutions to stakeholders, explaining complex concepts in clear, understandable terms.
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, IT Infrastructure, or similar discipline
IT experience working in a fast paced, IT development shop.
Top notch troubleshooting ability
Demonstrate a current knowledge of latest DevOps tooling and practices.
Strong Cloud knowledge and understanding with GCP and/or AWS
Deep Java/JEE development skills with a familiarity of Spring Framework including
Spring Boot
Strong API development skills
Strong Database skills
Working experience with WebSphere Application Server, WebLogic or Tomcat
Experience in containerization, ideally using Docker / Kubernetes.
Experience in deploying to both a private and public cloud.
Experience in automation software tools like Jenkins and Ansible.
Experience of continuous integration tooling, ideally using Jenkins
Working knowledge of Linux systems, predominantly RHEL, UNIX / Shell scripting
Strong communication skills and documentation skills, both technical and non-technical
Enthusiastic and self-motivated personality with excellent time management skills and a strong sense of initiative
Ability to work independently and effectively in a high-pressure environment against multiple deadlines
Technical Skills
5+ years of experience in IBM Content Management Ondemand (CMOD), OpenText Exstream solution design, development, and implementation.
Strong expertise in Document Management solutions and Retention strategy
Strong expertise in Mainframe, iSeries & Distributed platforms.
Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Oracle/Dynamo DB/PostgresSQL, and scripting languages.
Vast knowledge of cloud-based and on-premises architectures.
Experience with IBM Content Management Ondemand (CMOD) Document Retention Framework.
Strong API development skills.
Familiarity with these Software products a plus:

Proven experience with IBM Content Management Ondemand (CMOD) platform including advanced knowledge of data retention framework, product upgrade, migration from Mainframe to Cloud
