We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of India Learning and Talent Development Lead

Location- Hyderabad/ Bangalore/Pune

Principal responsibilities

  • Define country learning strategy and priorities, with clear objectives and outcomes that help team to achieve the common goals.
  • Design and Implement leadership development solutions – Virtual and eLearning
  • Drive capability upskilling, learning engagement and learning culture though various forums-  Virtual, engagement sessions and social learning
  • Manage senior stakeholders across different geography and business context, through  consistent way of engagement and effective communication.
  • Lead learning architecture and learning needs analysis, and develop genuine learner experiences and
  • Foster innovation practice and collaboration with other area of the organization, e.g. HR (Human Resource) as a whole, group leaning, Technical Academy.
  • Build the Learning and Talent Development excellence and research center, provide the insights and generate the white paper and enforce the Learning Excellence in the team, organization and market
  • Leverage global and local partnerships and build solution pool of learning and development to
  • deliver  regional and local solutions in India
Requirements
  • 15+ yrs of experience in Learning and Development
  • Should have experience managing 15K+ employees
  • Strong Expertise and Strong Expertise in learning and development
  • Must be strong at stake holder management, Business Acumen, Influencing Skills, global perspective 
  • Must be strong at Consultation, Innovation, Critical Thinking
  • Ability to Lead team and perform under pressure in a matrix environment
  • familiar with the external practice, development technology & approach and Vendors
  • Strong capability and experience in team leadership and management

  • Instructional Design capability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Use of Power BI
  • Project management skills
