In this role you will:
- Lead the planning, development, implementing and delivery of new products.
- Manage the proposition development, pricing, retention, service, communication and product management across products.
- Ensure existing products are competitive and meet the client’s needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support growth of the product lines.
- Prepare product analyses and research for consideration.
- Work with third parties to deliver desired outcomes and solutions for customers.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Excellent analytical skills with strong business acumen.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence stakeholders across various business lines at different levels within an organization.
- A successful track record of delivering complex projects and/or change activity.
- Accountability and ownership of decision and commitments
- Relevant knowledge on retail banking products including liabilities and cards is desired.
