We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - HR Business Support

Business: Human Resource

Principal responsibilities

  • Responsible to monitor and ensure that the statutory & internal compliances are concluded as per the defined parameters accurately.
  • Ensure that all the payroll related tasks and activities for the site are concluded in alignment with the defined process.
  • Ensure that all activities under scope or employee life cycle management are concluded within the defined timelines as per the defined quality.
  • Undertake all activities defined with regards to the vendors managed by HRBP which includes, performance monitoring etc.
  • Provide inputs and support / guidance businesses in driving positive employee relations at the site.
  • Responsible for implementation of global strategy and governance and control framework
  • Provide critical inputs for ongoing identification of operational and regulatory risk, ensuring creation of clear mitigating plans and implementation of the same within the defined timelines.
  • Continuously monitor and provide inputs for improving the consistency of service to our employees/customers through continuous process improvements – through identification and improvement.

Leadership & Teamwork 

  • Provide guidance and support to other HR Business Support leads  when required
  • Work with the site management and HRBP in support of employee life cycle by understanding requirements and execute solutions as appropriate.

Requirements
  • Graduate Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline 7 to 9 years’ experience of working in an HR environment in a business partnering/HR generalist capacity supported by shared services and areas of expertise is a must.
  • Deep understanding of the global capability centres’ operations, employee demographics and associated risks/challenges to be able to execute on statutory labour compliance requirements.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR policies, organization policies, procedures & practices and statutory guidelines.
  • Knowledge of financial budgeting, strategic planning, communication, and people management processes in the context of the Global in-house Centre / site they are located in.

  • Sound oral and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, and assertive and professional demeanour with an ability to interact with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to make rational decisions and navigate through complex scenarios with minimal guidance or supervision.
  • Ability to influence Senior Leaders across multiple business lines.
