We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - IBCN-COE-IBD.

Principal responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive business strategies and plans to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Lead and manage daily projects to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
  • Implement process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance business performance.
  • Manage and mentor a team of business professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Provide onsite support if needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business management, administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing business projects.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • In-depth understanding of business projects, management principles, and industry best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with business management software.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Superior analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to drive change and implement process improvements.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
