We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Insurance Insights (6 months fixed term contract).

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Manage and streamline production of management information for senior stakeholders
  • Apply advanced analytic to core Life Insurance portfolio, and emerging strategic initiatives, e.g.: Employee Benefits, Health & Wellness
  • Automate detection of pattern changes in customer behaviours, channel performances, servicing quality etc. to timely alert relevant stakeholders for actions and investigations
  • Pioneer in adopting BigData and Machine Learning technologies in refining Customer Lifecycle Management
  • Uplift campaign effectiveness, cross selling ratio, and customer experiences backed by insights generated from in-depth analysis on customer behaviours, transaction patterns, and channel preferences
Requirements

To be successful, you will

  • Degree in Data Sciences, Finance, Business Management etc
  • Prior experience in financial services, particularly insurance or wealth management distributions
  • Solid experience in managing production of management information and advanced analytics
  • Highly competent in visualization & analytics tools, e.g.: Qlik, Python, Google Cloud etc
  • Good understanding of key internal and external performance metrics
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
