Role purpose

Administer risk management in Insurance. It is accountable for the financial, insurance, model and third-party risks and management of information adhering to Group and local policies, oversight and control processes, as well as management information and governance and communications for the Risk functions.

Responsible for formulating and developing Second Line of Defense (2LoD) reviews focused on actuarial processes and Economic and Regulatory Capital. Understand and apply the requirements of FIM (Insurance and Risk) and Our Global Principles and Local regulation. Oversight model governance for Insurance Mexico (INMX). 

Main activities

• Supporting business implementing corresponding models, policies and metrics as needed, to manage Operational, Insurance, Model and Financial Risk Management framework
• Governance oversight and control environment across processes
• Development of analysis of Insurance products and behaviors
• 2LoD reviews to actuarial processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in actuary or administrative or economic areas.
• Knowledge of insurance business
• Knowledge on Excel, statistical tools, and programming systems.
• Logical reasoning, Critical thinking, and Proactive attitude.
• Strong English and Spanish skills - written and oral
• Team leading experience
• Project management skills
• Negotiating & communication skills
