We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Performance and Reward Operations

Business: Human Resource

Principal responsibilities 

  • Assist with analysis and preparation of information to support the Group team e.g., Material Risk Taker, Compensation data for internal requirements and external reporting, Emoluments.
  • Monitoring team mailboxes and MS teams channels and respond to process related queries.
  • Consolidate data from regional/business submissions, data analysis and manipulation, report generation, MI production to meet operational or regulatory report submissions.
  • To prepare compensation data based on requests received from management and regulators on all aspects of reward as required.
  • Pay review reconciliation and system maintenance for the Executive Compensation population.
  • Exhibit ownership of own work.
Requirements
  • Typical qualifications would include a Bachelor’s degree/equivalent experience
  • High proficiency/capability in Microsoft Excel, including advanced experience with formulas, large data set analysis and graphs.
  • Ability to analyze and develop recommendations based on data observed.
  • Proficiency with Employee Central and People Insights reporting.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Well-developed management, interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills. Able to organize work, document and report concisely.
  • Ability to perform in high-pressure environment should be effective in a flexible work environment.
  • Ability to build rapport with people.
  • Will be required to maintain confidentiality regarding work.
  • Adaptable and flexible to change.
  • Should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
