We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Manager Retail Products.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Retail Banking Product Governance committees, prepare meeting materials and minutes for robust governance and oversight
  • Provide support to business to strength control and enhance governance for launch/ material changes to products and journey
  • Establish strong collaboration with business and functions across the Bank (e.g. Business Lines, IT, Operations, Risk & Compliance etc) in driving risk and control assessments, gap analysis and formulate action plan
  • Challenge the status quo and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in policies, processes and controls to ensure they are fit for purpose
  • Support the Senior Manager Retail Products on projects and any other ad hoc tasks
  • Provide administrative support within the team
Requirements
  • University Graduate in Business/Finance/Risk Management or related subject
  • Experience in managing risk and control at banks/ financial institutions. Exposure to audit and compliance is an advantage
  • Good communication skills and abilities to interact with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Great sense of ownership, self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good understanding of retail banking products, internal controls and regulatory requirements
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese
