We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1. 主导战略性资源整合与生态体系构建，通过高端资源置换、商务合作及创新活动策划提升品牌影响力
2. 设计并实施创新型商业合作模式，建立行业标杆性的合作伙伴关系
3. 牵头重大合作项目的全周期管理，包括战略洽谈、协议架构设计和执行效果优化
4. 建立合作伙伴价值评估体系，通过数据洞察驱动合作策略升级
5. 打造跨部门协同机制，确保合作项目与品牌战略、市场传播、业务增长目标形成战略协同
6. 以合作伙伴营销活动的结果为导向，能够在较强压力下开展工作并达成目标
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1. 本科及以上学历，10年以上战略合作/业务拓展经验，具备金融、高端教育或奢侈品行业跨国合作经验者优先
2. 卓越的战略思维和商业谈判能力，能够主导战略项目的全流程运作
3. 出色的领导力和团队协同能力，具有管理项目团队的经验
4. 具备优秀的出色的语言、沟通、组织和协调能力，执行力强，工作积极高效，能承受一定的压力
