We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join our Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) team in the role of Mobile Banker Cards working together with colleagues to display HSBC Values and achieve Vision to become the world’s leading international Bank.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating income through acquisition of credit card/personal loan sales as core products and cross-selling other range of other Retail Banking and Wealth Management products and services.
- Responsible for consistently meeting individual performance expectation and strive to achieve highest sales performance.
- Working together with Team Leader/Managers to plan sales activities.
- To ensure high standard of sales and service levels as required by bank’s standard by providing excellent customer engagement and experience journey.
- To ensure all customers information are acquired, updated, stored and maintained accurately.
- To ensure the requirements of the Sales Quality Standards are met by minimizing errors and breach.
- To ensure all operational procedures are maintained within stipulated guidelines/regulations, audit requirements, compliance and other procedure manuals pertaining to the job.
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1-2 years of sales experiences in Credit Card, Personal Loan or other banking products would be added advantage.
- Candidate/Job holder must be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
- Possess good interpersonal skill and able to work well in a team.
- Customer driven with a strong focus on quality of service.
Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
