The Platform Engineer owns and manages the Platform (offering, standards, processes and governance) and defines its vision and objectives. This role will engage across all Value Streams to ensure Platform standards are maintained, defining the vision and objectives for the Platform.

* To Run sanity and health checks before opening the window service for any cross functions system
* Supply support to review and assess any change control that impact to any Cross Function system
* Make sure that any patching to be applied in any Cross function system is reviewed, assessed and tested.
* ID incidents or number of incidents tracked or closed
* To supply services for monitoring monthly processes
* To supply services for the follow up and closing of incidents
* Supply support to review and approve changes control by infrastructure maintenance of affected services or applications
* Fixing incidents and deploy changes on production to solve and close incidents
* Deploying or setting up tools for monitoring or continuous deployment
* Following up (Local & global) to the practice of Service management
