We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist 

In this role, you will:

  • Manage small/medium/large change deliveries  in Oracle Fusion ensuring compliance to GRAS metrics and SDLC/DEPL Controls  
  • Lead and manage IT Change Approval Board (CAB) for Fusion team
  • Plan and manage Oracle Upgrade releases ensuring the service availability to business stakeholders
  • Identify, track, report risk and issues across Fusion in respect to License To Operate(LTO) Criterions
  • Ensuring governance, process improvement by facilitating & reporting status are followed.
  • BTech/MTech (Preferred STEM stream)
Requirements

To be successful in this role, meet all or some of following requirements.

  • Minimum Work Experience: 10-12 years
  • Jira, Confluence, Clarity, Service Now, Resource Management, IT controls etc
  • Experienced Scrum Master, who also managed Scrum of Scrums
  • Change Management and Release Management expertise and more importantly IT CAB governance process.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and working as Risk and Controls Lead. Proven record of working in a collaborative environment with technology and cross functional business teams. Effective leader as well as team player with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency. Strong communication skills coupled with presentation skills.
  • Experience of 3-4 years as Devops champion and reporting DORA metrics to CXO level senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical & non-technical stakeholders. Candidate should be able to lead and track book of work deliveries, prioritise requirements, track schedule independently and present periodic status to management.
  • Prior experience across project planning, costing, resourcing, requirements gathering, build and implementation, stakeholder co-ordination, release management and production support.
  • Good understanding of “Oracle Fusion” or any other ERP’s technical and functional components and business process flow.
  • Risk identification, risk reporting and devising interventions to mitigating risks.
  • Experience in management of external service providers and vendor management. Ensure adherence to standard controls and drives teams to achieve compliance, framework and controls.
