  • Prepare telex advices for inward and outward clean cheques
  • Ensure facilities / security documents are received & restored in full and signed format.
  • Act as bank representative to sign releasing Mortgage deed on behalf of the Bank
  • Receive, record, retrieve, scan & file payment / Mortgage related instructions & documents from other internal parties
  • Handle email / phone enquiry related to Payments / Mortgage from internal departments or external parties, eg lawyer offices
  • Independently perform other back office operational tasks within the Bank as may be assigned by manager with limited supervision
  • Supervise daily operational activities to ensure timely & accurately processing
  • Maintaining and improving the delivery of high customer service by actively driving efficiency operational performance
  • Follow departmental procedure & SOPs, audit procedures, compliance policies and guidelines in order to avoid all potential risks
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to drive process streamlining, digitization and transformation initiatives
Information
  • BA degree holder in any subject
  • At least 5-years relevant experience in financial industry, related to Payment or personal lending & corporate credit operations would be advantage.
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive and flexible with an ability to deliver time-challenged and high-responsibility tasks.
  • Ability to digest complex policies and procedures
  • Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • Good command of English & Cantonese
