We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Performance and Reward Operations Associate.
Principal responsibilities
Responsible for providing effective, relevant and timely reporting, analysis and insights to support the execution of P&R policies and programs
Responsible for ongoing monitoring of all key P&R metrics, highlighting issues, trends and providing cost–benefit analysis of P&R initiatives, including benefits enrollment
Fulfill all necessary reporting and analytics requirements to support the successful execution of the year-end process, covering all aspects of performance management, pay review and benefits enrollment
Provide regular data modelling, statistical and cost analysis to primary stakeholders so they hold up-to-date information at all times
Monitor and manage cases raised via the HR case management platform, providing accurate and timely responses to business customers and HR stakeholders. Where necessary, liaise with P&R colleagues to seek input on complex matters (e.g. benefits, executive compensation, global mobility, deferred compensation and wellbeing)
Proactively participate in P&R analytics forums as a representative to provide input into P&R, processes and practices and to ensure P&R system readiness ahead of key activities (e.g. completing UAT and data/system checks prior to pay review)
Provide quality assurance of annual performance and pay review processes by conducting audits and reviews to ensure HR and business stakeholders are operating within the requirements of the P&R governance framework
Proactively keep up-to-date with related people/HR and business issues and initiatives that may impact on the P&R strategy to ensure appropriate reporting, analytics and insights are shared with relevant stakeholders
Act as product champion for P&R to stakeholders across the HR function and within the business, building awareness and adoption of relevant products and processes, including the use and acceptance of total compensation, incorporating local business needs and regulatory requirements as appropriate
Advanced knowledge of MS-Excel and Office tools, Success Factors, People Insights and Business Intelligence is essential
Consultative and client centric approach supported by strong analytical and problem solving skills
Stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to engage a diverse stakeholder group
Knowledge of financial services performance and reward practices in global organizations
Ability to work in a matrix environment and influence counterparts in global, regional and country teams
Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of local legal and regulatory environment
Ability and willingness to contribute to the broader team and work as an effective team member
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
