Role purpose
Provide specialized technical support in the analysis, design and implementation of organizational processes related to Rewards, Benefits and operation of Global Mobility. The position contributes to the definition of equitable and competitive actions aligned with the organizational strategy, guaranteeing efficient operation, regulatory compliance and informed decision making through analysis, indicators and support for HR processes.
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, coordination and execution of the annual pay review cycle (Pay Review), ensuring compliance with local, regional and corporate policies, and providing technical support to leaders and support areas, to guarantee an allocation of Total Remuneration in accordance with tactical and operational guidelines.
- Design and automate analysis tools and dashboards using Excel, macros or Power BI, integrating data from multiple sources to build functional and tactical reports that facilitate informed decision making.
- Manage and monitor the related case management system for Performance & Rewards, Global Mobility and Benefits Services, responding to assigned cases, monitoring deviations, service times and SLA and NPS indicators, to ensure consistent and timely service levels.
- Execute total compensation studies and projects through the collection, validation, statistical analysis and economic impact of the different information contents, to generate inputs and action proposals that support compensation actions aligned with organizational processes.
- Translation and homologation of corporate and regional content in accordance with the implementation of policies and procedures in the Performance & Rewards, Benefits and Global Mobility processes, ensuring standardization and regulatory compliance for the correct functioning of organizational processes.
- Conduct interviews and sessions with area managers to document and update job descriptions, salary structures and market alienation in the Job match exercise, identifying organizational and functional changes that allow maintaining remuneration administration aligned to market operation and competitiveness.
- Prepare and analyze key indicators of the total compensation, benefits and global mobility processes, preparing technical reports and presentations at different levels, to provide visibility and support in decision making.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or related
- Minimum of two years proven professional data analysis experience or equivalent
- Demonstrate analytical and reporting skills and the ability to recognize trends
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English language is essential
- Experience in compensation or total rewards would be desirable
- Familiar with compensation surveys and benchmarking would be desirable
- Previous experience working in a complex corporate environment would be desirable
- Proven professionalism with solid written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and sustain remote working relationships with partners across the globe in multiple time zones
