We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:
PowerShell Automation: Utilize our PowerShell automation framework to streamline and automate Ops tasks, Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for various automation requirements, Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation processes.
Azure DevOps: Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline management and code deployments, collaborate with development teams to integrate and automate deployment processes.
Infrastructure as Code: Use Terraform to define and provision infrastructure in Azure, maintain and optimize infrastructure as code practices.
Deployment Management: Manage and automate deployments using Octopus Deploy, ensure efficient and reliable application releases.
Networking Design and Security: Design and implement robust network architectures in Azure, ensure secure configuration of network components, troubleshoot network issues and optimize network performance, implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, NSGs, and VPNs.
Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth migration, document all aspects of the migration process, including architecture diagrams, scripts, and procedures, provide training and support to other team members as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
PowerShell Automation: Advanced PowerShell scripting skills, experience with automation frameworks and toolsets within Azure environments.
Azure DevOps: Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline management and code deployments, ability to integrate and automate deployment processes.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management
Deployment Management: Familiarity with Octopus Deploy for managing application deployments
Azure Expertise: Experience with Azure services, architecture, and best practices.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, ability to diagnose complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
