该职位应能独立且客观地负责开展、监督和审查公司的私募股权基金的投后管理及与投后相关的事项。
在适当的情况下，该职位应向首席投资官和其他高级管理人员就私募股权基金投后管理提案，提出建设性意见和主张，以维持健全的投资治理，作为投资管理相关事务的第一道防线。
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
根据投资政策、投资管理授权、风险授权和风险偏好管理私募股权基金
持续分析宏观经济形势、私募股权行业和资本市场
持续监督和管理已投基金的运作情况，督促基金管理人尽职履行管理职责
按时完成内外部投后报告及报备，草拟投资退出报告及退出实施
按需完成已投基金的走访检视，对重大或异常情况及时提出预警或处置方案
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
投资、金融或相关学科的硕士学位
至少3年的相关工作经验，包括直接/间接的私募股权投资、投后管理或风险管理
对中国私募股权投资有深入了解
能够承受一定的工作压力
优秀的管理和沟通技巧
出色的判断和决策能力，能够做出符合业务目标且及时的业务决策
良好的英语口语和书写能力
