We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Primary Banker

Principal Responsibilities:

  • To increase sales revenue of HSBC’s financial products via various sales activities
  • To build strategic relationship with existing customer and new customers
  • To conduct market reviewing and understand customer’s financial need and requirements
  • To promote and deliver our digital channel and Life Sign Technology to New to Bank or Existing to Bank customers
  • To share digital know-how to customers to create awareness and increase the adoption rate
  • To drive wealth referrals specifically investment needs to Premier colleagues
  • To ensure compliance with products and sales policies, procedures and guidelines set by the Bank and the relevant authorities are adhered and complied to at all times

 

Requirements
  • Minimum SPM qualification with 5 credits
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided
  • Relevant licensing in marketing wealth products such as PCE/TBE/CEILLI/FIMM would be an added advantage.
  • Good track record and knowledge of personal banking products i.e. Bancassurance, credit card, personal loan, fixed deposit;
  • Strong interest in building relationships and providing financial solutions to customers
  • Good inter-personal and communication capability
  • Driven for success and eager to learn, grow, and thrive

Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
