We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist
 
In this role, you will:
 
Drive / support programme delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks
Lead / support end to end execution and responsibility for all aspects of the project/programme, including definition, planning, execution & implementation, governance & control, financial, resource and change management.
Drive the delivery and management of all PMO related activities supporting the programme
Drive / support the use of Agile methodologies within Technology teams (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean) in line with corresponding transformation frameworks at the bank
Supporting of senior Project / Programme mangers across all stages of the initiative lifecycle to deliver larger / more complex / high priority Programmes & Projects
Lead / support definition of staffing / resourcing, responsibilities and schedules
Lead / support the establishment of effective programme controls and procedures
Drive / support the adoption of HSBC standards and work in alignment with Change framework at all times.
Manage / support the development and promotion of the technology portfolio and project management practices  

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
 
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in project management
Experience as a project leader in medium-to-large scale projects and/or PMO will be an advantage
Excellent understanding and proven experience of Programme and Project Management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
Scrum master experience will be an advantage
Proactive, innovative, with good project management, communication and analytical skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure PMO governance standards are met
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels across the Group.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to positively influence, engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and being outside your comfort zone.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English
Ability to adopt a growth mindset and proactively identify and bring about change opportunities
Knowledge in CLM technology preferred
