We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:
•    Provide L2 application support to RF services – viz. IFAI (Staff and Customer channel), Risk Factors, IDS 
•    Perform RTB regular activities – Disaster Recovery/Roleswap Exercise, Data Backup and Recovery Exercise, Capacity Management, Vulnerability Management
•    Perform Incident management, problem management
•    Perform Continual Service Improvement
•    Provide consultation & help other team members when required, to make sure that the team performs activities and resolve tickets on time.
•    Identify opportunities to automate Service Management activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 
•    8-10 years of overall IT experience with technology AS400 (RPGLE, CL, DB2)
•    Proven working experience in L2 Application Support
•    Good knowledge on Incident, Problem management
•    Good knowledge on ITIL Framework and Support procedures
•    Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders – Business, various support teams, ITID, IT managers
•    Good interpersonal and communication skills
•    Good analysis and trouble shooting skills.  
•    Ability to work on different technology, platform etc in addition to AS400
