We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Recruiter- Europe

Business - Human Resource

Principal responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end full life cycle recruitment from direct approach to completion.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates as well as creating and maintaining talent pools
  • Ensure that all aspects of the process are compliant in line with the policy and regulatory requirements
  • Provide data insights and market intelligence to support and influence hiring strategies
  • Manage escalations with a sense of urgency to provide effective solutions
  • Identify Process gaps to drive continuous improvement and bring an innovative mindset to help deliver on strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience delivering end to end recruitment (experience supporting European markets would be advantageous)
  • High level of comfort to directly source talent with the ability to persuade and attract passive talent
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and ensure that processes are followed correctly
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required with a fluency in English
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience and highly skilled in building strong relationships
  • Must be able to multitask and operate as part of an international team.
