We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Regulatory Reporting Monitorship Co-ordinator

Principal responsibilities

  • Supporting the Regulatory Reporting review through providing key co-ordination of the Skilled Person activities.
  • Strong organisational & time management skills, with a flexible attitude to change and the ability to regularly act on own initiative.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise conflicting demands and work within a fast-paced, high-pressure, changing environment.
  • Strong team player with a solutions-focused approach to problems.
  • Experience working with HSBC tools such as Fusion, Clarity, TRAC, HR Direct proxy etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is essential.
  • Excellent experience of MS Office applications, including use of Outlook as a business tool.
  • Thorough understanding of HSBC banking procedures, businesses, functions, and activities

Requirements
  • Experience working as an Analyst or Senior Administrative role. Previous experience working in a change or regulaotry role would be advantageous but is not essential 
  • Excellent MS Power point and MS Excel skills
  • A high attention to detail is essential
  • Good communication skills - applicable through multiple channels (written, spoken, workshops, presentations)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability of organizational planning, resource mobilization and problem solving
  • Be able to act quickly and complete deliverables timely in a faced-paced environment. Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities
  • Experienced with documentation management and quality assurance
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in a global environment is essential
