In this role you will:
- Manage and take ownership of data quality testing and controls
- Monitor operational risk and control assessments, control monitoring and testing
- Manage Risk Reporting, monitoring and control framework for the Insurance entities, including working closely with and providing guidance to risk and control owners
- Work closely with various stakeholders, ensuring timely updates of regulatory or industry developments, and any changes to procedures and practices are communicated
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and escalate any risk, breach or potential breach to the Insurance Executive Committee
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Good understanding of the Insurance / Reinsurance sector with specific focus on Risk, Contracts and Agreements
- Experience and knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering / Anti-Terrorist Financing and Sanctions procedures in the High-Net-Worth Life industry would be an asset
- Excellent planning and communication skills, and the ability to develop solid relationships with a variety of stakeholders across seniorities and geographies
