We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role Sales Intelligence Senior Data Analyst
Role Purpose:
We are looking for an individual who has a demonstrated passion for data & analytics and has experience in the financial services to drive solutions to complex problems using data. This individual can integrate, transform, and refine large data sets into meaningful insights via clean, production ready code and excellent documentation. In addition, this individual has experience delivering key business insights from both growth and decision-making perspective, using data analytics.
Main Activities
- Engage with stakeholders and understand key business requirements to drive efficiency in decision making and
- growth initiatives
- Perform data ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) tasks, build multiple data assets and perform complex analysis to
- drive insights
- Leverage and combine existing data sources to create data assets that can be used for regular as well as
- bespoke analytics and reporting projects
- Be able to mentor and guide other team member, share knowledge, and help team members upskill.
- Create thorough documentation to ensure knowledge share and mitigate key person risk.
- Testing and validation of data models/data tables/data assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year College/University
- 4-6 years of experience in Data Analytics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Experience with ETL tools like Alteryx to build production ready workflows.
- 2+ years of experience with Python programming
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and database management systems
- Experience with Google Big Query and knowledge of Cloud platforms, especially GCP preferred.
- Knowledge about BFSI domain is preferred.
- Strong experience with machine learning/predictive analytics preferred.
- Familiarity with Gen-AI and LLM based application development/use cases.
- Jira, Confluence and GitHub for project management, issue tracking, documentation, and code management
