We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Analyst - Data and Analytics - GAC HASE DATA ANALYTICS – RI.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • The role is responsible for the management of customer information and provision of analytical deliverables for customer and banking initiatives and HASE activities. The individual is also expected to identify key trends that arise from the insights of customer data and work with other areas in HASE to ensure they are taken account of.
  • Support the development and implementation of CRM solution based on evolving technologies and availability of banking data in the support of new developments relating to new analytics capability and contact management platform.
  • Work hands-on with the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Cloud environment for data and analysis process, and are required to deliver the results in a logical and ethical way to the stakeholders.
  • Design, formulate, and implement relevant solutions for the identified analytics project and convert analytical findings/solutions to achieve business goals (e.g. revenue growth, anti-attrition, fraud detection and increasing customer engagement, etc.). 
  • Manage the timely delivery of output and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
  • Open-minded, be ready to be challenged in dynamic environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other related discipline.
  • Knowledge and experience on languages such as Python, SAS, SQL, Javascript for data analytics.
  • Knowledge of retail banking productions.
  • Skill of understanding of business applications to convert data into business value and advantage.
  • Highly effective communication with the ability to translate complex and technical analytical approaches into business language and outcomes.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

 

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
