We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Vice President Data Centre services
In this role, you will: ·
• Ensure correct global governance is in place within our Data Centres and Equipment Rooms to provide the best service possible to both internal and external customers.
• Workflow and process management and optimization
• Access Management process flow and access recertification streamlining
• Identifies solutions to problems and mitigates risks based on sound judgment.
• Produce schedules and plans for successful delivery of initiatives, business critical projects, demonstrate progress and highlight risk or deviation through engagement and clear dialogue with management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure all initiatives implemented are adherence with the DCIM and CTOi Strategy liaise and co-ordinate with other technicians within ITID, Development and external suppliers to ensure delivery of specified services, projects and tasks.
• Production of High-quality Management Information
• Self-generated KPI reporting
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Lead and provide guidance on global Data Centre Operations operating model, using expert knowledge of the Data Centre standards and requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and DC design aspects.
• Undertake the activities assigned by management and Technical Specialists.
• Produce schedules and plans for successful delivery of initiatives, business critical projects, demonstrate progress and highlight risk or deviation through engagement and clear dialogue with management and key stakeholders.
• Demonstrate effective teamwork and harmonious team environment.
• Cross referencing of various data sources to improve overall data quality.
• Improvements in customer satisfaction and service quality
• Day to day liaison with global the Data Centre Management team
