We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr BA.
Business: Wholesale Technology
Principal responsibilities
- Facilitate the collection and analysis of business requirements
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of the existing system (if any) and existing processes with data mapping, gap-analysis.
- Conduct Feasibility analysis on the initiatives with deliverables like Business cases, where proposals are signed-off by the client.
- Capture both functional and non-functional requirements, document comprehensively with a client sing-off and communicate clearly to delivery teams
- Manage the requirements within the agreed scope of the project.
- Administer/conduct detailed System Acceptance Tests.
- Build-up comprehensive banking domain, knowledge base and document by means of white papers, presentations etc.
- Always bear risk in mind and implement and comply with Group Compliance Policy and regional regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and minimum 5 years of work experience specifically in a IT business analyst role
- Good understanding of how technology adds value to the business and ultimately the end customer
- A good level of experience and knowledge of structured analytical techniques and industry standards
- Demonstrated strong business acumen and ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices
- Good understanding of modern software development lifecycles
- Fluent oral English as working language
- A wide knowledge of IT hardware, software, operations and networks
- A good understanding of DDD, BDD and TDD
- Being proactive, flexible and a team player
- Previous experience with banking or similar finance systems
- Be familiar with cutting edge technologies like MicroService, big data, cloud computation and AI.
