 We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr Consultant Specialist  – Automation Tester

Requirements

In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium, and Cucumber.
  • Perform manual testing when necessary to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other testers to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.
  • Execute test cases, analyze test results, and report defects using appropriate tracking tools.
  • Ensure the automation framework is scalable, reusable, and aligned with best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and automation strategies.
  • Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, and defect triage meetings.    

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript for writing automation scripts.
  • 5 to 6 years experience in automation
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, and Cucumber for UI and API automation.
  • Understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices.
  • Experience in writing clear and maintainable test scripts.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation into build processes.
  • Following the project development tools like JIRA, Confluence and Git.
  • Ability to perform exploratory and functional manual testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment
