We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.
- Track and monitor all key controls under IDAM, SDLC, DEPL, Cyber, and Operational Resilience for the Core Banking Service Management function, ensuring ongoing compliance with group standards and processes.
- Maintain up-to-date dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility of compliance status and outstanding actions, suitable for presentation to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure that action owners are aware of their responsibilities and follow up regularly to confirm timely completion of required actions.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders or management if actions are not completed within required timelines or if compliance risks are identified.
- Oversee monitoring, patching compliance, disaster recovery completion, and vulnerability management for IT services within your organization, supporting stakeholders to address issues before compliance deadlines are missed.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement, including organizing training and awareness sessions for stakeholders.
- Engage regularly with Group IAM, Risk and Control leads, control owners, CCO Tech, and Risk Advocates to address outstanding items and ensure alignment with the group control framework.
- Represent your organization in all control governance forums and support IT/Business Service Owners and Service Quality Managers on compliance-related matters.
- Prepare and present compliance status, risks, and mitigation plans for CTO/CIO/SLR forums.
- Track and ensure timely closure of all audit issues and actions related to IT controls.
- Experience in tracking and reporting on compliance activities for IT controls.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to follow up and escalate as needed.
- Familiarity with Cybersecurity, SDLC, DEPL, and Identity & Access Management concepts.
- Domain knowledge of Core Banking is preferred.
- Experience with compliance dashboards, reporting tools, and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior IT and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive global functional teams toward common objectives.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving and compliance management.
