We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior IT Project Management. 

Business: Regional CIO - ASP

Principal responsibilities

  • The candidate needs to responsible for the management of the technology aspect of the Operational Resilience framework, in particular, IT Service Chain Mapping, Technology Resilience Vulnerability (TRV) identified from the mapping and assessment of Important Business Services (IBS) and provide management reporting to stakeholders within Line of Business and Technology.
  • The candidate must be experienced in leading groups, sometimes virtual, of technical and business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to follow a defined process. They must actively build, manage, nurture and develop cross-skilled teams to deliver multiple work streams based on the important business services defined by the business in the particular market.
Requirements
  • Experienced project manager.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Be a proactive problem solver.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and absorb new information, processes and procedures.
  • Have worked with a financial client on a Regulatory project.
  • Delivered technical disaster recovery remediation / enhancements, as part of a business continuity programme of work.
  • Have managed 3rd party consultancy resources and internal business and technical resources as virtual teams.
  • Good ability to understand business and technical policies and standards in order to contribute on discussions regarding the adherence and management from an operational resilience perspective.
  • Demonstrable experience in solutions orientated critical thinking whilst working with SMEs and business partners.
  • Handover of programme deliverables to Business As Usual (BAU) and embedding of new processes within a large organisation.
  • Knowledge of technical and service management control testing would be an advantage.
